Basic Troubleshooting

  • Restart your Device.

    A lot of issues can be solved easily by simply restarting your device. If you are having problems, try this first. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of the device for a few seconds, until a red slider appears. Then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears. After that start the app again.
  • Redownload and Reinstall the Application.

    If restarting doesn’t help, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, just be aware that removing an application will delete application data and projects you created for good.
  • Check privacy settings.

    If you can't access your devices camera roll, location service or microphone, check the privacy settings. You find those in the settings app. Enable access for each app separately. Make sure the switch is in ON position.
  • Don't forget the mute switch.

    Having trouble getting sound to work? Check the switch on the side of your device. Even if the build-in apps have sound the device may be muted.
