First Aid

A lot of issues can be solved easily by simply restarting your device. If you are having problems, try this first.

1. Press and hold the Sleep or Power button on your device for a few seconds, until a prompt appears.
2. Select Power Off.
3. Wait till the device is shut down.
4. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Android logo appears.
5. After that start the app again.
